Alistair McQuade is the author of the Deal Hack. He has enjoyed 25 years of growing global software companies by designing and delivering impactful sales enablement programs, channel enablement programs, sales leadership programs and sales operational processes and technologies. He specialises in designing sales, negotiation and channel playbooks that deliver significant and measurable growth. Importantly, he also designs and implements the associated leadership competencies and structures, the technologies and operational processes that make the playbooks sticky and effective. He’s been part of the sales leadership team for five companies that have been grown for IPO.
